REFUND POLICY
METHODS & TIMEFRAME:
In the case you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed within 5-14 business days starting the day you returned the product at, and through the same payment method used initially or an alternative based on the refund methods section below.
Defect / Damage Refunds:
In case your item has a manufacturing defect/damaged, you may return it within 60 days. After inspection and confirmation of the defect on our side, you will be eligible for either a replacement of equal value or a full refund.
Cancelled / Not Shipped Refund:
Based on our shipping policy, we require customer confirmation before shipping out any order whether it's prepaid or postpaid, If your order was cancelled due to your wish to cancel the order or we reach you for your confirmation within the time frame specified in our shipping policy the order will be automatically cancelled and the refund will be processed from our end on the same payment method within a minimum of 5 business days up to 10 business days maximum.
Refund Methods:
Orders Paid by Credit Cards/Debit Cards:
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on the individual's bank process.
Orders Paid by Cash on Delivery:
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded to the Customer Bank Account through transfer.
Refund:
You can request a refund for your order within 14 calendar days from the order return receiving date. Please ensure that the item is not used and in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate the refund, visit the nearest store and return the item. Once we receive it, we will process the refund using the same payment method. If your order was placed using "Cash on Delivery," you will receive an email from us requesting your bank account / wallet details.
Please note:
- You cannot receive your refund in cash at the store. The amount will be transferred to you through our online service.
- The money transfer may take 5 to 14 working days.

Exchange:
You can exchange your order within 14 days from the order date. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
You can exchange your item at the nearest store. If you're changing the size or selecting another item, it must be of equal or higher value. If the item you're looking for isn't available at the nearest store, we will place a new order for you, and it will be shipped to you via our delivery service (after confirming the product availability).

سياسة الاسترجاع
وسائل الدفع\استرداد المبلغ و الفترة الزمنية.
في حالة أهليتك لاسترداد المبلغ، سيتم معالجة استرداد المبلغ الخاص بك خلال 5-14 يوم عمل، ومن خلال نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في البداية أو بديل يعتمد على قسم طرق الاسترداد أدناه.
إرجاع منتج تالف\به عيب تصنيع.
في حالة وجود عيب في تصنيع المنتج الخاص بك، يمكنك إرجاعه خلال 60 يومًا. بعد الفحص والتأكد من العيب من جانبنا، ستكون مؤهلاً للحصول على استبدال بقيمة مساوية أو استرداد كامل للمبلغ.
استرداد قيمة الطلبات الملغاة\الغير مشحونة:
استنادًا إلى سياسة الشحن الخاصة بنا، نطلب تأكيد العميل قبل شحن أي طلب، سواء كان مدفوعًا مسبقًا أو عند الاستلام.
في حال تم إلغاء الطلب بناءً على رغبتك، أو إذا حاولنا التواصل معك للحصول على التأكيد ضمن الفترة الزمنية المحددة في سياسة الشحن ولم نتلق ردًا، فسيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا، وسيتم معالجة طلب الاسترداد من جانبنا على نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة خلال مدة لا تقل عن 5 أيام عمل ولا تتجاوز 10 أيام عمل كحد أقصى.
طرق الاسترجاع:
الطلبات المدفوعة بواسطة بطاقات الائتمان / بطاقات السحب:
إذا قمت بالدفع عن طريق وسائل إلكترونية (بطاقة ائتمان أو سحب)، سيتم رد المبلغ المدفوع إلى بطاقتك. قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في كشف حسابك حتى شهر، وذلك حسب إجراءات البنك الخاص بك.
الطلبات المدفوعة نقدًا عند الاستلام:
إذا قمت بالدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى حساب العميل البنكي.
الاسترجاع
يمكنك طلب إسترجاع المنتج و إسترداد المبلغ خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الإستلام . يرجى التأكد من أن المنتج لم يستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية فى العبوه الخاصه بالمنتج (فى حالة الأحذيه).
لبدء عملية الإسترجاع، قم بزيارة أقرب فرع وقم بتسليم المنتج. بمجرد استلامنا له، سنقوم برد المبلغ فى خلال 5 أيام إلى 14 يوم عمل باستخدام نفس طريقة الدفع. إذا تم تقديم طلبك باستخدام "الدفع عند الاستلام"، فستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا منا يطلب تفاصيل حسابك البنكى.
يرجى العلم:
- لا يمكنك استلام المبلغ المسترد نقدًا في الفرع. سيتم تحويل المبلغ لك من خلال خدمتنا الإلكترونية.
- قد يستغرق تحويل الأموال من 5 إلى 14 يوم عمل.

الاستبدال
يمكنك طلب الإستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الإستلام . يرجى التأكد من أن المنتج لم يستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية داخل العبوه الخاصه بالمنتج (فى حالة الأحذيه.
يمكنك التبديل عن طريق زيارة أقرب فرع فى حال تبديل مقاس أو منتج مختلف مع مراعاة أن يكون المنتج بنفس القيمه أو أعلى. وفى حالة عدم توافر المنتج فى أقرب فرع سيتم توصيله لك عن طريق شركة الشحن بعد التأكد من توافره.
