- CUSTOMER DATA ACCURACY:
Please ensure that information provided on this Website is complete, accurate and updated to avoid any delivery delays or cancellations. Upon adding items to your cart, please make sure you selected the right item and size before checking out.
- DELIVERY TIME:
We will be more than happy to deliver your orders within 7 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
- TRACKING ORDERS:
Upon every shipped order, you will receive SMS with your order number and tracking code from the shipping company. You can also check your order status from your account under My Orders
- ORDERS CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel the order if the status hasn’t been changed to processed and/or approved by Fitsole, and you will be refunded the entire amount.
Once your order already processed and/or out for shipping, you won’t be able to cancel your order and will be treated as a return item.
- CASH ON DELIVERY:
You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders using cash at the time of delivery.
- CASH ON DELIVERY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Cash on Delivery orders can be paid only using Cash.
- Cash on Delivery cannot be used in conjunction with your Credit card / Debit card or Installments.
- Cash on Delivery will not be available if your order value exceeds 7000 EGP.
- Cash on Delivery may not be available at the time of check out due to frequent past order cancellations and delivery refusals.
- Cash on Delivery will not be available for pre-Ordered products.
- AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT CANCELLATION:
We make 3 attempts to ship your orders. Please accept our apologies for automatically cancelling your shipment if our courier failed to reach you by maximum 5 working days.
