Refund Policy
You can enjoy free refunds on your orders within 14 days after your order has been delivered. Please see below for more information on our return policy: Certain limitations apply on purchases made during sale seasons.
- NORMAL REFUND:
Within 14 days after receiving back the returned item (in same condition) after deducting the initial forwarding shipping fees.
- DEFECT / DAMAGE REFUNDS:
We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. If a defect is confirmed on the returned products, complete refund will be arranged including the delivery fees within 14 days.
REFUND METHODS:
- ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS:
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
- ORDERS PAID BY CASH ON DELIVERY:
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded to the Customer Bank Account.
